Shriver Tire Service

Called for tires thinking I may need breaks as well due to just starting to hear a slight noise. Employee Ispoke with was friendly, detailed, and helpful. When I dropped the vehicle off for the service I got a call back advising what the braking noise was and that they did not think that I needed to change the breaks-saving me money. When I picked the vehicle up Kurt was very nice and informative. Honesty and integrity go along way in my book. That on top of good prices means I will be going back in the future without a doubt!

1st & last time Customer--I went in to get 1 new tire, they talked me into replacing all 4 [$672] and afterwards my tire sensors weren't working and flashing a light on my dashboard. Paid an additional $50 to replace a sensor and was told they worked but i didn't check until i got home and they were not working so I went back and the guy basically called me a liar and stated I told him 2 different stories. What do you mean?!!! I walked in there with them reading, I shouldn't had to pay ANYTHING additional to walk out with them working!! I worked 8 years in a dealership shop, we would never treat our customers like I was treated today. Horrible customer service and to add to this the waiting area is disgusting. I called and had a gentleman order tires for my vehicle, although it was my fault I didn't know my exact tire size since my car was stranded. I gave the man my make and model and the tires I recived were the wrong size. Two days later I realized they were the wrong tires, when I called yesterday after I got my car fixed the man that answered had an attitude as I was trying to explain what the issue was. When I told him the story he told me "he wasn't interested in buying the tires back" and that "it had nothing to do with them" , I tried to explain that they had ordered them, I paid and picked up there and he told me to "call the tire manufacturer". My wife had called and talked to one of the guys there about purchasing a couple of trailer tires for our boat trailer. They had quoted us a good price on the tires and We will be visiting them soon. They are Always helpful and have great service.
