Shubert Collision Center

We had our 2023 Toyota Tacoma repaired by this shop after a major accident. We received the car back in early 2025 so have been driving it for quite some time now. Unfortunately, a host of problems have arisen that give me serious doubts about the shop’s attention to detail. These problems include: 1.) The front bumper is completely misaligned and is visibly crooked. It seems to have been hastily put on. 2.) Interior panels were poorly clipped on. There were missing electrical connectors in the center console which had some obvious consequences, like shifter lights not working. 3.) On the replaced door, screws were not properly torqued, which over time caused the bracket holding the driver’s side window to fail, leaving the window non-functioning. 4.) They broke the driver’s side visor

Dave got me right in after I hit a deer in my old car and pounded out my quarter panel so it was safe to drive. He was so sweet and didn't even charge me.
