I needed a place to take my daughter’s car while she’s at school. Got this recommendation from the U of A parents page. Shuler’s is worth every star, and even more past 5. Taken her car there twice. Scheduled no problem. Diagnoses was spot on. Fixed on time, and both times under the original quote. 10/10 would recommend.

Daughter is down there in college, retail store sold her the wrong antifreeze for her Mercedes. Added it before I verified it was correct. Called Shuler and they were amazing to work with and understanding. Even said in future to have her just come by there for a quick tip off and minor things like that to prevent future issues. If you own a Mercedes you know the coolant light pops up every so often. Very appreciative to find someone to trust in Fayetteville.

Exceptional customer service and transparency when working on your vehicle. This was my first time visiting Shuler Autohaus, but I have heard MANY good things about this place over the years. I can confirm. They do not disappoint. I took my BMW 440I in for a transmission service and oil change at 1pm on a Thursday. I had no appointment. I was informed that they were scheduling repairs 2 weeks out, but they would do their best to get to me ASAP. Well, I got my car back within 24 hours!! The BMW dealership wanted my car for 3+ days and would've charged over $1,000 more than Shuler charged me. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Shuler. Front desk staff, mechanics, all of them. They're just good people. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle to them for repairs or service. I

My 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLS500 broke down on the I-40 in Ozark, AR. This was midway through my trip from Los Angeles to Boston. I had it towed 50 miles off my route to Shuler Autohaus solely because of the reviews I read about them. I was not disappointed. It was a tough day for them because 2 workers called-in and it was busy season. Nonetheless, they were sympathetic of my situation and accommodated me. They did a great job getting me back on the road in time to avoid a big storm. To Shuler Autohaus: It may have been just part of a day's work for you, but you made a real difference in my life and and my family. I arrived at my destination safely and in time for Christmas.
