Shults Express Lube & Tire

I have been to Shultz express tire and live a few times now. They are extremely unorganized. The guy front has no clue what he’s doing. I ask him about a noise he looks at three appointments ago. I think his mind is going. I was charged a ridiculous price yesterday for a very easy job. Honestly I let them do it to throw them a bone for diagnosing the problem. I could’ve done it blindfolded. Less than 24 hours and it’s worse than before. I want my money back. It should’ve been an hour of labor they got me for almost 3 hours of labor on a PS PUMP!!! That’s nuts. And it’s a Buick 3.8 like the second easiest pump to swap. He tells me he needs to cut my frame to get my rack and pinion out and a new one in. What a joke. I’ve never heard of service like this except Monro muffler literally total

Knowledgeable techs, professional service staff with emergency hospitality. Great place with fair prices. They even do details for those cars needing a little freshening up.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT DAMAGED! If I could give this negative stars I would! Took my car here for an oil change in March 2023. When attempting to pull my car in, the driver hit the side of the building and caused over $1100 worth of damage to my NEW vehicle (only 3 months old). Don’t know how he managed to do this since there are backup cameras, and the car beeps if anything even gets remotely close to it. They tried gaslighting me & telling me “it was no big deal & “it could be buffed out” when I could clearly see it was scratched through to the paint & visibly dented. I got them admitting they did it in writing & had them pay for repairs but it took several months since they went back & forth with the auto-body shop not wanting to pay for the costs of the car THEY d

Shop failed to put vehicle back together properly after 1st job. 2nd job stated they fixed broken wiring and actually taped the bare wires together without fixing. Unless you are a mechanic who will check the work every time I do not recommend.

I’ve had my cars serviced at shults express in Olean for years until I moved to Jamestown. I was driving into town for a doctors appointment when my tire light came on. Stopped at express and asked if they could check my tire pressure. The technicians were all at lunch but the manager checked them and filled the tires. I had just had my car serviced in Jamestown the week before but they must not have checked the air pressure. Grateful to not have had to try to find air that works on a rainy day.
