Worse of worse service ever I receive it lately . I called before I sent out ECU for repair they were perfectly fine and I ve been told it will take 5- 7 business days to receive it back but once I sent this package everything start from there . They couldn’t find my package almost 2 days and take another day or so put it in their system over all it took 17’dwys for them to check my ECU and tell me they can’t fix it where I spend over $100 for overnight shipping and deal with the customer who we told it will take max 10 days to receive the ECU back . Over all I would never recommend this company who has a mechanic shop trust me you will wait forever just to get can’t fix answer and the attitude of the ladies who picks the phone up . I own a repair shop, we’ve used this company for several years now. This particular issue was with a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee. My issue was pin #67, 5v reference, was grounded. They called and told me they tested, no issues, pin is not grounded. I explained that we’re extremely thorough with our troubleshooting, explained how I found the issue. I explained that we had another mopar ecm a year ago with the same issue that they had told us had no issues and we had already replaced the ecm cuz it took months for them to find the ecm that they lost. So, I was finally referred to the manager over the repair side. He explained to me that it was probably his tech being lazy, so he’d have it checked out again. I sent my ECU from a running and driving vehicle for inspection of an injector circuit. Prior to removal, the vehicle started, ran, and communicated normally with diagnostic equipment. After approximately three weeks, the ECU was returned with a report stating no issues were found and that communication with the module was successful during testing. Upon reinstalling the ECU, the vehicle now has no communication with the module and will not start or operate in any way. No other components or wiring were changed between removal and reinstallation. The only variable introduced was the ECU being handled and tested externally. Sia Electronics repaired my ECU for my '91 Dodge Dakota truck almost one year ago..2024. My truck was completely dead prior to their repair. Everything they stated was accurate, honest and respectful..without their service my truck would have went to the salvage yard. We have been using SIA Electronics for several years now. We have always received great customer service from their company. We have had one or two issues over the years with them to which we have been able to come to a solution together. We will continue to use them when needed.
