Sidney Car Care

Worst place ever...1st they act like they love God and just want to help you so much. They let one of their people who work there that gave me a quote outside of work jack my bill up $400..im disabled and they have my car again..they have had it for a month and haven't even looked at it..it's never seen snow until I let them have it. Only thing they care about is money!! I have nobody to run errands for me so im sitting out here with no food..can't even get to the store for food and like I said im disabled and they claim to be Godly..church going people!

Dropped my car off for a simple coolant flush. They called us a few hours later and said my heat wasn’t working and I needed a new thermostat, we had just changed the thermostat 2 weeks earlier and this would’ve been a very expensive job from them. When we said we would just have the car towed to somewhere else, the guy said well let me take one more look. And of course he came back a few hours later saying everything was fine, we really feel like he was trying to get one over on us. When we went to pick up the car, no one acknowledged us or said hi or anything. Except the office lady. Will never ever again take any of our cars there.

This place is currently trying to rip my daughter off she took it in for diagnosis and they started work without authorization we have screenshots of messages .They claim to be honest and godly but anyone that charges 1100 dollars for plugs and coil packs is anything but I highly recommend not going here we’re getting a Attorney and reporting to Better Business Bureau .

I hate giving a low review but with my experience, well I’ll just say my car wasn’t fixed! I’m from out of state(Texas), I was in Ohio working. My car needed some maintenance. I went in around 1 on Tuesday and told them what I believed to be wrong with it(I’m no mechanic) the traction control system. Told him what I had to do to get it to turn off just to get by. And then I needed rotors and brakes. They was nice enough to take me to my hotel so I didn’t have to sit there and wait. They said they had a car they was working on that they was almost finished with then they could look at my car, (totally fine) they took me to my hotel I waited for that update I called around 5:30 I rushed to call cause online said they close at 5. They told me things ran over with the other car, then my car

Stopped in with an exhaust leak. Very friendly and informative on price. Fixed while we waited. Didn't take to long about 45 minutes or so. Happy with the price and work done.
