My experience with Sid’s Auto Parts was amazing. Tabitha in the office as well as the yard guy Dylan were extremely respectful. I’ve worked at a place like this before and deal with these yards on a daily basis, I haven’t been treated with such hospitality! I used the Car Part search and found Sids had the car I was looking for. I was looking for owners manuals to a car we had just bought. I had called to verify they did still have them and get a price, As well as checking on a rear view mirror also. The Lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful and their pricing was excellent compared to what others were selling for on E Bay. I will definitely check with them again.

They saved the day and saved me a ton of money too! Drove 1.5 hours to find really nice people and fast, efficient service! The part I bought was an electrical control for my vehicle and it worked great and fixed everything and I'm super grateful! I highly recommend Sid's Auto in Salem, CT!

Dad called in am for a part. Tabitha was extremely knowledgeable on what he was looking for. No nonsense here. Cut and dry. Yes we have it. Yes we will get the part pulled right away. See you when you come! Part was slightly different then what dad needed. IMMEDIATELY someone got up and go out side pulled the new part we needed in no time at all. Everything was smooth and good to go. Definitely a no nonsense kind of junk yard. That's exactly what we were looking for. No run around. Or we have to wait for a part puller blah blah nonsense. Very polite but loved the take no nonsense personality. All with a smile. Even on a gross cold rainy day. No questions asked. Part was pulled and transaction was flawless. I went to sid's auto on a recommendation because I needed to replace a tire and a power mirror on my 300. The staff was great. They made sure i had exactly what i needed. They were patient when I had them look up other parts for my other vehicle although they seemed like they were pretty busy. I encountered three employees while there. All were very pleasant. I was also assisted with my tire to the parking lot. I found the parts reasonably priced as well. I will return in the future if need be!
