These guys have the best customer service. I came in for a second opinion, after being told I needed $1700 worth of work on my vehicle. Turns out I was being scammed. They checked and found nothing wrong with my vehicle. You’ve got a life time customer with me. Thanks so much.

This place was so helpful and no nonsense shop. They were fast and efficient and didn't overcharge. They explained things so it was straightforward and I didn't feel hustled or talked down to. They also asked about my dog and said they had treats if I'm ever in the neighborhood. I really do miss shops likes this and will continue support this shop that doesn't rely on taking every penny they can from their customers.

As a woman, I always feel a bit nervous about going to a new mechanic because I am worried about being scammed (it's happened before). However, my friend recommended Sid's and I am SO grateful that I trusted their recommendation. The guys are very considerate and kind, and the prices are more than fair! I had a good first visit here but my second was not. Brought my car in for an oil change which I usually do myself but the drain plug was starting to strip so I wanted to take it in before it got worse and have it replaced. I specifically asked for that to be replaced. They're running late and I have an appointment to get to, it happens. But when my car is done they said the plug didn't need to be replaced and didn't do it. Yeah, it still works but I asked for it to be replaced to make things easier for myself which was the only reason I brought it in. Then they also say they replaced some light bulbs and are charging me for it. I did not get asked permission beforehand. Dropped those charges which I appreciated but why wouldn't you just call and ask?? I left feeling like I wasn't taken se

I stopped at Sid’s unannounced when my temperature knob fell into my dash stuck on heat. It’s going to be in the 90s. They were able to manipulate it back to AC in a few minutes. So grateful. I’ll be going back to get it properly fixed. They really helped me out quickly so I could have A/C right away. Thank you!
