Had a great experience with Sierra towing! My car had an issue with the clutch while on my way to ABQ and they were able to give me a tow even with it being later in the night. Super friendly and helpful, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. 100% recommend! Thank you!

Terribly unprofessional and very emotional. Called to request a tow, there was some misunderstanding about the pick up location and instead of them working to find a resolution they just stopped answering the phone. Mind you this is after they said they’d call me back multiple times as I spoke to multiple drivers and they both have the same unprofessional practices. I don’t think this is how a business or adults should behave. If you can or won’t complete a service at least be mature enough to communicate that and not feed someone false information about completing the request just to leave them sitting on the side of the road because you’re in your feelings.

Great service, clean and comfortable truck. Sucks to need it, but a relief to have good service when needed.

Call him to see if he could tow me. Said he would call me back. Didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. Not much for customer service.

From Dave, the nicest gentleman who rescued me from I-25 and took me all over town in his tow truck trying to find someone who could help me on a Sat in Tor C, waited for me to check into a hotel, called every mechanic he knew, and secretly stuffed my tip back in my purse, to Adrian who suffered my slings and arrows (and dirty looks) and hovering over him and his men, who tried every trick they knew over several days and engine parts until it became hopele$$ and we called the time of death...this is a great team of guys. Good mechanics. Hard-working. Caring. I highly recommend them. Very busy for a reason. Best in town. Adrian is a great guy. Trust him completely.
