I had a great experience with Sierra Tire Pros. A while back, I got a flat on the freeway and had to pull off and find the closest tire shop. The first place I went to didn’t even look at the tire and immediately quoted me around $500, saying they don’t patch tires if they’ve been driven on. I asked them to at least check it, but they wouldn’t. I called Sierra Tire Pros while I was still there and explained the situation. They told me to come in and that they would inspect the tire first before deciding anything. When I arrived, they actually took the time to look at it and confirmed it could be repaired. He did my oil change, rotated the tires, replaced my brake pads, and even fixed a flat , all super fast and done right. I have been jumping from mechanic to mechanic for years because I was unable to find one who I felt was trustworthy, reliable and actually cared for the client. That all ended when I stopped by and met Jaime!!! Jaime is a true professional, he is knowledgeable, honest and incredibly mannered, he cares for your car as if it were his own. I had a nail in my tire and every other shop gave me the runaround, trying to push me into buying a new tire. Jaime was the complete opposite—honest, professional, and straight to the point. He patched my tire and had me safely back on the road in just a few minutes. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to help. Highly recommend!
