Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown

After two rehab stays that went very well, a family member now lives at Signature. I've been very pleased with everything about the facility, starting with Tonya, the Admissions Director, who worked with me to get a room there. The facility is always clean and pleasant, and the rooms are very nice and spacious, unlike some of the other facilities in the area. I can't say enough good things about the staff, from the nurses and aides through the administrative staff. They treat my family member like a member of their own families, and they take great care of her, not only tending to her daily needs, but keeping an eye out for her health and well-being and getting her treated when necessary. Highly recommended.

I had some bad experiences in other Healthcare settings. Once Tonya called me I could tell this place would be terrific if it were compatible with how she made me feel. I read reviews on line about her and wondered how one person could make this big of a difference. She came in the room when we got there and greeted us and felt like family immediately. The conversation was started like I had known her forever. I felt good about mom coming here for rehab. This experience will always be what I think of when I think about Signature. All staff were good. Beautiful place to go but knowing you have someone like Tonya that cares about you and your family is the best feeling in the world when you're in this point of your life. Always welcomed with a smile and a Good morning at Signature. Signature Healthcare of Elizabethtown is the cleanest nursing home I've ever visited, very beautiful. Rooms are always well cleaned and organized. Hallways never have a bad smell, and are always clean. The Nursing team members are friendly and full of compassion for their residents by treating them like family. The Rehab team works hard with the residents and provides top notch services. The Social Worker team advocate diligently to provide needed services and supports for all residents and always there to support the wellness of the residents. The business and medical records team members show comparison to family members during difficult financial planning situations and always try to provide support, guidance, and compassio

This is a nice place to be, but there is no place like home. The cleaning and maintenance crew were great. The nurses are very caring and attentive. Some were of course more attentive than others and I think I got to tell the most of them before I left. One I called an angel and she knows who she is. Therapy is great and considerate. Everyone was very kind. I would go there again if I needed too, but hope I never need too. If anyone asked me I would say I was treated well. Great CNA's and a special thank you to Syrene who was always ready to help.

Signature Healthcare of Elizabethtown is the best facility to place your loved one. They offer all therapy services. Very clean, friendly staff. 5 star service. Food is great, activities offered for every challenge or need. Everyone helpful and kind.
