Rating: 100 out of 10 - highly recommend! I brought my MINI to these guys after a dealership diagnostic, where the dealer recommended replacing the entire engine. They re-ran the diagnostic, found the real reason my car was burning oil, and replaced the valve stem seals. After three weeks of monitoring the oil level, I can say with confidence the issue is resolved. The whole process — diagnostics and valve stem seal replacement — took just two days, which is incredibly fast for a job of this scale. They used original parts and provided a 2-year warranty on the labor. While the dealership price for replacing the valve stem seals was $9,570, I paid only $3,300 here. P.S. Either the shadiest or most inept mechanics I've ever dealt with. Brought the car in for a timing chain replacement. Get it back and it has a cracked coolant pipe and they disconnected my windshield wiper spray hoses and never reattached them. Literally drove it home from the shop(<4m) and sat it overnight. In the morning had a coolant puddle,/reservoir completely empty. Drove it back to them and they tried to charge me $1400 more to fix it. They supposedly did QC and drove it around for like 20miles before giving it back to me so how they couldn't notice this is beyond me. Really garbage 3rd rate mechanics. Take your car elsewhere. Already reported them to BBB and ABR

I came in for a basic brake flush, but when I saw the track-ready BMWs out front, I decided to inquire about more work. I'm very satisfied so far! And yes, I brought a GR Supra here, and they didn't bat an eye.

Dennis was extremely helpful with my black M4. He figured out exactly what was causing the rattle in my door - clip wasn’t secure, and was very efficient. Thumbs up again for SVB!
