Silko Honda Service Department

Bought a used Hyundai Tucson from them. Price was fair and car was in excellent condition (due to low mileage). They picked me up at train station twice so I could do the deal and gave me a brief overview of the vehicle. They cleaned the car and left 3/4 tank of gas when I picked up the car. The turnaround was about a day from the time I first saw and bought the car until I drove it away. Bill, the sales rep was very helpful.

Dropped my vehicle off Friday afternoon for a recall fix. Picked it up Saturday afternoon. All set! Alex was great in the drop off and pick up. Customer service is top notch - from the appointment call to the ordering of the parts to the set up of the actual appointment. Would recommend Silko for their exceptional service. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Luis who I worked with purchasing the car. He is very kind, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The reason for the 3 stars is because the Silko website was offering an additional $1500 on top of The trade in value offered, they even had a form you filled out on their website to claim the $1500, but it was never reflected in the paperwork and they refused to acknowledge it. Either way I got a great deal for my car, just did not like the shady business practice.

Went to service center for my first oil change. Appointments were not available so it was suggested I walk in. When I arrived everyone was courteous and organized , they said it may be a few hours wait and I left my keys. I previously contacted my salesperson Peter Adams with a few questions about my new CRV which he encouraged when I purchased the vehicle so he actually met me at the service center to go over a few items. I was just finishing up that meeting and I was called it was only about 45 minutes wait .. I took out my credit card and was told it was free! Cant get better than that !

Xavier was not only knowledgeable but very helpful. Both he and Juan from the financial department were excellent. Truly made me feel welcome and my experience was amazing. Very happy with that and can’t wait to get my new car.
