Silver Bay Car Wash

they did an excellent job and were very thorough with every aspect of cleaning and drying my vehicle. it's wonderful they offer 1 free car wash to new customers. they also clean the inside which is a feature my former car wash place doesn't offer. I didng give 5 stars because they seem a little pricey compared to where I used to go in the same town.

Mike who greets you upon arriving is fantastic. Had a bad wash somewhere else and he made sure we had a better experience. Wonderful interaction and truck was actually cleaned.

Went to get a car wash today (08/01/2023). For someone to pay almost 45 dollars for this “top tier” car wash and have handed back this shape of a vehicle is embarrassing for a business. If you want the outside of your vehicle clean it’s as good as any other automated car wash. This owns once a great establishment with great people, it seems over the years that has fallen to the way side. The employees don’t actually care that your vehicle is clean they just want to go through the motions and go home.

I got a silver and the car came out looking like trash. There were still stains on it they didn't even like wipe down the doors they did like the bare minimum and I paid for silver so basically $28. Super disappointing And another thing that I absolutely hate they change my radio station You're in the car for 1 minute You don't need to touch the radio

Please… For those who have given less than 4 or 5-star reviews for the car wash in the past, please reconsider coming here as this business is under new ownership. I became disappointed with Silver Bay car wash over the last two years as I feel their service as well as customer service began to lack but I continued to go here because it was convenient and I am a creature of habit. The first thing I noticed when I pulled up was their packages and prices have changed. The second thing was the friendliness of the greeter as well as those who are about to vacuum my sand-filled car. (Sorry about that but I do love the beach!)
