This place is truly a breath of fresh air compared to pushy, scummy dealerships. I took my 2014 Crosstrek here for some overdue repairs. Tom and Kent were upfront about the costs and the time needed. I had a very pleasant experience working with them and I am satisfied with the service I received. I do recommend them!

This place is amazing! I worked with Kent with my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. I was replacing my serpentine belt tensioner when a bolt broke off in my timing chain cover. I tried to extract it myself but was not able to. We spoke over the phone and decided a new timing chain cover was the way to go. I had my car towed there, he had ordered the part and my car was done earlier than expected! I thought the price was very reasonable for the quick turnaround time and the quality of work done. Kent is a very knowledgeable, passionate and caring Subaru technician. I highly recommend this shop for any Subaru needs!

I don’t write reviews often but I have no choice. I’ve been going to them for about a year and a half for my oil changes and I can’t recommend them enough. They are the complete opposite of the dealership. Their prices are way more reasonable than anywhere else and the turn around time is always surprises me. They are not pushy and when I ask for advice they are upfront and honest. They are transparent on the prices prior to doing the work after the diagnosis. It’s personable and small enough spot that their response times are always quick. Big maintenance items or repairs have scared me in the past but I’m happy to do them now because I know my money is going to a great shop who does high quality work and is not trying to squeeze every dollar out of me. Thanks guys!

Very impressed with their customer service! My 78 year old mom has been a loyal customer of Silver Star Automotive for about 5 years. She's beginning chemotherapy, so we just sold her 2015 Subaru Forester and the Buyer asked for service records. Mom couldn't recall where her copies were, so I contacted Tom and Kent, and without hesitation they gave us copies without charge. Outstanding service and greatly appreciated!
