Dear Manager I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your dealership. Despite the extensive time and cost involved, my car's issues remain unresolved. Specifically: 1. My vehicle is still shaking, indicating that the initial problem has not been fixed. 2. The rims, which I had previously repaired at your dealership, are now damaged again. However, I was informed that the warranty is void because the repairs were allegedly not done at an authorized Mercedes-Benz service center, which contradicts my records. Moreover, the entire process has been extremely inconvenient: - I waited for three weeks to get my car back. - Now, I have to take my car to another Mercedes-Benz dealership to have these issues addressed properly. Took quite some time for ordered charger cable replacement part to arrive, then waited over 2 weeks more for repairs. Though loaner car was given, it definitely ruined our July 4th weekend plans. Furthermore, very frustrated to see dashboard lit up showing low coolant a day after car was retrieved, with family on the road for a mini vacation drive. ☹️ Advised service to do courtesy computer check on dashboard before car is released!
