Silvercreek Repair

I took my 2016 Ford Focus to Silvercreek with a slow coolant leak. They repaired the issue and got it back to me timely. A few days later while driving the car, the engine overheated and I had to get help to get it home. It was completely out of coolant. I let them know about it and they asked me to have it towed back to them. They discovered the hoses installed were defective and repaired it again at no charge, and covered the cost of the tow. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and really good at explaining the issue with the vehicle as well a helping you understand the full repair. Previously they also rebuilt the timing system in my 2106 F150 and it's been running great ever since - that was over a year ago. I remember Frank clearly explaining the job so I understood the

I’ve had to unfortunately dump over $13k into my car after a fluke engine fiasco. I just had to have some other work done and when a mistake on pricing was made the staff were super helpful and understanding even though I was not as composed in the moment. They made it right and helped me understand. Kudos to the team there and great job. Will never go anywhere else

Great experience! Another garage found that our daughter’s car had rust on the frame and they told us it could not be repaired. We went for a second evaluation at Silvercreek and they checked it out. They were able to find the replacement part and repaired it, for a fair price. My husband has been taking his car there, for years, and always comments how great everyone is. I just scheduled my car there for routine maintenance, since we seem to have a great streak going with them. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

These wonderful people did a fantastic job of repairing my front brakes on my 2018 KIA Optima which required both sets of brake pads, rotors and Calipers to be replaced at a very reasonable price and solved my problem with my front brakes completely. This was my first visit to them and I plan to bring my car back for any other mechanical issues that may arise in the future. They were very courteous , professional and did the work in a timely manner to help me and my wife's needs to have the car ready for our out of town travel this coming Sunday, Oct 5th 2025.
