Silverwoods

My transition to this property couldn’t have gone any smoother. Angela was extremely understanding of my situation. She answered and/or addressed any questions or concerns I had (and there were many). The unit itself fit my needs well. It was clean, well maintained, and safe. I would highly recommend Silverwoods to anyone 55 and over looking to relocate.

My mom lives here and I cannot say enough about how good the staff is here. There was a big snow and the next day ny 91 year old mom was out cleaning her car off and digging it out. The young man delivering their food came over and finished shoveling the side by her car for her. Then there's Angela the property manager. She is great. You can call her anytime and she does whatever is needed to help. She explains everything and gets the info you need to care for your parent. She emails and texts. It's comforting since we live several states away, to know how caring she is with all her clients. TY so much!

I contacted Silverwoods in Toms River on behalf of a client looking for a rental for her elderly parents, and Angela was exceptional. Her communication was fast, clear, and helpful. She answered every question and guided us through the process with ease. She personally toured us through available apartments and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. What stood out most was how she made my client who was looking for her parents who have mobility challenges feel comfortable and supported. Her professionalism and genuine care truly impressed me. I was blown away by the experience and can’t wait to refer more clients to Silverwoods. Angela is a true asset to this community!

Silverwoods is a nice although filled with snow at the moment it still has it charm. Angela was my tour liaison and was very through in showing me the units and giving me assets of the units. She was receptive to my questions and not dismissive which some other facility are. I appreciate the amenities offered and will look into them once settled in.

I wish there was more than 5 Stars because Angela Viviani deserves a million! My fiance and I went to look at a Unit in Silverwoods and we instantly knew we wanted to make Silverwoods our New Home! Angela was so sweet and did everything in her power to make our dreams a reality! Expedited paperwork ,was so quick to respond and was very transparent with all questions we had! With in 2 days we became Tenants! We are looking forward to starting our journey at Silverwoods!
