SiMa Splash Car Wash

Sima splash was recommended by a friend and I’m glad I came! Sima was very kind and explained the whole process in detail which I appreciated. He definitely takes a lot of pride in his work and for cars in general. You can tell by the way he speaks about each car and how each needs certain care. Everyone outside works very hard as well and they make a great team. They all take care to pay attention to the detailing of the car. I got the $55 detail package and my car looks brand new. While speaking to him, I mentioned my car had a stain on the leather I can never get off, and before I could finish my sentence, he ran out there to grab a special cleaner to clean it and explained what I needed to do in order to get it fully gone of so wanted to DIY it, and even recommended a cleaner. This car wash has always been the best but since it changed to Sima the prices went up and they seldom honor their advertised discounts. I always ask for a senior discount and it is rarely honored. They also advertise a 40% discount on a second car the same day during the week. I've done that, asked for the discount and again charged full price. I'm seeking another full seervice car wash in the area.

So I have used these guys for several years with never a problem. They just changed owners and today my car got scratched at the wash. They denied responsibility and showed me the video of me coming in and leaving. Not the panel that got scratched. The previous owners were honest and would have taken care of me. These guys don’t care about you, only your money. Don’t use them ever. I was on a monthly plan and took all 4 of my cars there, but I will never go again. Beware!!!

Was in the area looking for a car wash with mini detail and stopped by here. Pricing was reasonable, I think it was $60 for level 2 mini detail. Took about an hour to complete which was fine as the customer lounge was comfy and clean with plenty of tvs. Once was was done, the exterior looked pretty good. Interior was good as well except two things: cup holders and drive selector area. This is always my pet peeve about “mini details” as these areas for some reason are simply ignored even. The staff were super friendly and the detailers seem to be hard workers. Fantasic detail job the team did on my Jeep. I had not cleaned that car in years and the guys left it like new. Total thanks to the team on a great job.
