Jonathan and the staff of Service Advisors know how to provide excellent customer service; they know their products well and share their cumulative experience and product expertise with their customers. I’m happy knowing my truck is cared for by Jonathan’s team of expert service mechanics.

The service is good however the front staff needs to be a little more knowledgeable about the Chevy Advance Protection Plan. They seems to not understand when I ask if the maintenance service is covered because I remember the rotor brake is covered so they just end up saying its not covered and theres no such thing. When I checked my chevy paperwork, it has a detail that rotor brakes are covered up to 48000 miles. The front also can use some training on customer service 101 to be a little better in being courteous to their customer.

I have had a horrible, horrible experience. The service person I was assigned to is rude. A lot of attitude, the service associate treated me like I was a 5-year-old, "Next time I will not give you a loaner if you come back for the same issue." Didn't let me finish the conversation with the gentleman who fixed my car, AND answered a personal phone call while I was talking and explaining. If you have to go to this place, avoid the person whose initial is "D.B."

Great experience. App didn't confirm the appointment but was taken in. I did have to wait but was offered a Lyft instead of waiting for the shuttle which was extremely welcomed. Great that the servicer (Jessika) was able to explain issues with the vehicle which is something you'd generally ask the tech and understood what needed to be done

Jessika Johnson in service was awesome. Super friendly, super helpful, and made the whole thing easy. Really appreciated the way she took care of everything and made me feel taken care of. Great experience all around!
