Had a great experience at Simi Valley CDJR mainly because of Demir. He was great, took care of my truck, accommodated my schedule and got my recall done too. So glad to have met him and will be going back. Thank you to everyone that helped out!

The nicest yet most incompetent and dishonest service department I’ve ever encountered. They don’t pick up the phone, don’t bother to retrieve customers’ extended warranties, don’t offer the rental car compensation amounts in every Mopar extended warranty from the moment you drop your car off, don’t call and give timely updates, don’t call back when they say they will…and let cars languish for days without getting touched, and then lie about whether they ever had the part that was needed. Clearly they are overbooking appointments, and may not have techs that can do simple repairs in a timely manner. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHRYSLER HERE!!! But, to repeat, nice guys.

Dennis Chavez was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and professionally welcome in helping me establish a history for my jeep and Andre Alguilar fixed what needed to be done! I can't ask for more. Here's to a long relationship with Simi Jeep! Thank you guys!

I brought in my 2009 Dodge Ram for service. My truck was overheating & after going back & forth with my previous mechanic, I decided to go to the dealership for diagnosis and repair. Kevin, my service advisor, was very helpful & knowledgeable. Great customer service, reasonable price, & knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend.
