This place is amazing. I had a nail in my tire and they were very respectful and very thorough. They took very good care of my wheel not a single scratch and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Gil rung me up and answered all my questions and he was super nice and Roberto changed my tire and he was very sweet and took his time. They did not rush me or make me feel stupid. I will recommend this place to everyone and see me none of the other tire shops compared to their service. The value they add to this community is amazing. The quality of the work speaks for themselves. I will always come back here. The price I paid doesn’t compared to how careful they were with my type r. This shop is the best in simi period

The staff were incredibly professional and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood the work being performed on my car. The wheel alignment was completed efficiently, and the results were immediately noticeable in the improved handling of my vehicle. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this tire shop to others needing wheel alignments.

No review will give my experience justice. I had a simple question about my tire valve, didn’t even come to get anything fixed. They clearly don’t understand that I’m just asking them to look at something, not get it fixed, and tell me they can’t work on my car because one of my tires is bad. I tell them that I understand that and just want them to come out and look at the valve, I even offer to pay since they’re being weird. They then proceed to repeat the same line over and over again like parrots until I eventually just walk out. Ended up going to jiffy lube and they told me I just needed to tighten my valve. It was that simple. One of the most bizarre encounters I’ve ever had.

Art is an incredible store manager and his team is so kind and informative! I truly had the best experience and they really made sure that I was taken care of! Genuine people who want to make sure you & your car are safe!
