I was recommended to this place by a gentleman from the Take 5 just down the road. My driver's side windshield wiper wasn't working properly, and I feared it might be an electrical issue. I wish I would've asked for the name of the gentleman who helped me out with this issue, but in any case, he was incredibly accommodating, lightning fast and extremely efficient. Turns out I just needed the wiper arm tightened down with the right tool. I can't say enough about the service I received at Simmons. I offered to pay the man for his help, especially since he was in the middle of heading out to answer another job call when I arrived, but he respectfully declined since it was such a simple fix. One of the best experiences i've had dealing with auto body repair. This team of all stars are very experienced and knowledgeable. Helped me fix my dad's truck after his passing, and got it back to its former glory. They treat you like their family or an old friend the customer service is top tier.

Woke up today to a critical brake warning on my Mazda found this shop on google. They ran a quick diagnostic (small fee) was an easy fix so they only charged me for the diagnostic. In and out quick friendly service clearly honest.
