Sam is a great guy, I trust him with my Cayenne S and plan on taking our BMW to him in the future. He's very honest and upfront on the work the car will need. Cost and all. One of the best mechanic shops I've felt the most comfortable going to for sure. Highly recommend them!

My brother, cat, and I were just starting on a road trip to Southern California. Car started having some troubles, smoking from the engine. everywhere else was closed or booked up, but Sam took the time to take a look and give us incredibly helpful recommendations. We previously had our jeep serviced at the Kennewick Jeep dealer for what we thought would be the best place to repair an oil and coolant leak. Needless to say they did a very poor job and we had to return our jeep several times for the same issues. we later discovered their tech used lots of silicone to plug the leaks (which probably happened on our last visit) which made things much worse. We decided to take our jeep to Simmonson and their service advisor Josh was great. He listened to our concerns and provided updates when they resolved each leak and made sure they fixed it right the first time. It’s employees like Josh and the well trained mechanics that makes a huge difference and we are very appreciative of their work and professionalism.

As always, Simmonson provided excellent service. They diagnosed the source of a grinding noise from the engine and replaced a worn bearing. It now is back to running like new. Simmonson is the only local shop that I will trust with my 97 Porsche 911.
