I’ve been bringing my car to Simon Says for about 7 years now, and they continue to earn my trust every time. They always take the time to explain what’s going on with my car in a way I can actually understand, which I really appreciate. Something they fixed last year stopped working a little over a year later, and they still honored the warranty without any hassle. When there was an issue getting a part in, they were incredibly kind, flexible, and worked with me to make things as easy as possible. It’s rare to find a place that’s this honest, patient, and customer-focused. Highly recommend.

Well, I got a story for you. My homemaker comes from the other side of town. I sent her to big y and she couldn't get back into her car her fob. Would not open the door. So I came Bought her new batteries for the fob, but it didn't work. I took her to advance auto. An event's auto gave her a card to Simon, says What an excellent place? The worker. Was so pleasant? Came out of his way. To help my homemaker. Crystal, he was so kind and helpful. Came up to big y. And got her door open that she could drive the car, thank you so much for helping her didn't even want any money. Yes, that kind of guy very helpful. I would love to shout out to him.
