Taking my car to Simons for the PA inspection turned out to be a great choice. We just moved here from MI and had checked out many reviews for other Auto Repair shops in Carlisle and they had the best reviews. So I went with them and it was very good. The car needed repairs (MI has no car inspections!!) and they explained our options and did not oversell like dealers or other garages do..... aka if it's not broke - don't fix it. I would highly recommend and they have great communication.

This place is great! Customer service is outstanding, everyone is friendly, and they do great work! I’ve had an oil change, tire purchase and installation, state inspection, etc. Everything has been great and they will have my business moving forward!

Great family business. Helped me out of a last minute problem. We purchased a vehicle out of state and our temp tag expired the same day we received the registration. They were super kind and were able to take care of us the same day to keep us legal. Honest, no surprise unnecessary "repairs". They wouldn't even accept a tip on top of the bill.

Chris and Dominique are absolutely amazing!!! I ran into a difficult situation and ended up needing a new vehicle asap and they were extremely helpful, and generous to help me get into an amazing (new to me), 100% reliable vehicle! I was having a scary issue with my car, Simons was able to get me right in. Which was a big blessing! They were honest, transparent and took the time to explain the problem to me. My car is running smoothly now, I can really tell the difference. Thank you!!
