SimpleTire

Tires were the cheapest around and American Express offered a credit on my statement so made me want to buy from SimpleTire even more. Got 4 new tires, mount, balance install all for $509 less than being quoted locally. Tires arrive very fast even though I was worried because it said 2 weeks! Monro tire was able to get me in SAME day as they were delivered. Tires are in great shape and am happy with the entire process.

The only reason I'm giving you five stars is because of the service Representative Aramys. Inshort, you don't understand when you're buying online: you're out there alone talking to affirm in India, Simple Tire in Thailand, an Fedex in Mexico: it's at that point you say, I made a bad decision. The product was supposed to be at my house on Monday (note if they had said Friday, that would be different). I can't leave $700 dollars worth of tires by my front. I had to stay home unclear of delivery. Aramys walked me through answered my texts and emails. I was in a panic. I didn't trust anyone. A lot to be said for having a call center in the United States. I am updating my previous review. I left my review when I was just starting the process of replacing my damaged tire. I have been immensely taken care of by brandon. He took the time out to figure out what was going on.He took the time out to gain detailed information and inform me what I need to do. And then he made sure that the process was finished and completed in a reasonable time frame. I didn't have any problems. I didn't have any hiccups. He made sure that the transaction was smooth and that my tire is on its way. When he said he would check back with me he did. I didn't have to go through a number of people I didn't have to deal with a number of different representatives who I have to reexplain my problem to. There is no better company than Simple-tire when you need tires! The name speaks for its self.."SIMPLE" . The best customer service i have ever dealt with. Friendly, caring and very appreciative. Oh and they ship for FREE!! Who does that. Great Company. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work.

Another great experience! The website is easy to use, provides relevant information, and allows to compare between tire brands, sizes, etc. tires arrived, while ahead of schedule, without any issues!. I have used Simple Tire several times before, and yet again, I am very, very satisfied with their services and products. I look forward to working with them in the future.
