We received excellent service from Simpson's. Tony was unfailingly kind and courteous. The place is a trifle crowded, but that stems from having so many customers (which is a very good thing). The final charge was reasonable and the bill was fully explained (a rarity in my long experience). We will return to Simpson's for maintenance on our cars.

My wife & I have been taking our cars to Simpson's for over ten years. We love these guys. They get you in & out quickly; the service is good and reliable; they don't do work that isn't needed, and their rates are fair. The guys that work the front desk - Jim, Bernie, and Tony - are true gentlemen, friendly, courteous, thoughtful. They keep us informed about any findings with our vehicles. Phillip, the owner, is still involved and seems to appreciate his customers. Simpson's just stands out in every respect as a really quality provider.

I love taking my care to Simpson's. They are always so helpful and genuinely happy when I go in. My car is always completed quickly and correctly. I just had them do all my brakes and rotors and I always have them do my oil change. The only people I take my cars to now because I can trust them and they are efficient.

I have lived in Nashville for a little under a year and I have struggled to find a decent repair shop that isn’t looking to gouge me do everything I own. Luckily I stumbled upon Simpson Auto Repair. I have had to visit a couple times now due to issues with my car and they have been nothing short of extraordinary. The communication, honesty, and actual work itself have all been incredible. Nick, Tony, Jim, and everyone else on the team are all the best and are very helpful. Also, the owner, Phillip is a great guy! I will definitely be returning for all of my car needs. 10/10 would recommend!
