We highly recommend Simpsonville Automotive. Austin, at the front counter, was able to get my car in while I was out of town for a few days on a work trip. He keeps you updated every step of the way. In addition, they follow up with you a few times after the service to make sure everything is going well with the repairs. We love these guys.

Friendly and fair! I had a timing belt and water pump replaced recently. During the diagnosis they had to go deeper into the VTEC system on my Honda Odyssey 2014. That turns out not to be the issue and the did not charge me for that after all. They do a nice job and have been happy with their work. The price seemed a little high but doesn’t everything these days?

One of them was seen by 4 different mechanics and they couldn’t figure it out . These guys got it right on the first try! It feels good to finally have a good honest mechanic with real skill!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Very personable and knowledgeable people working the counter and under the car lifts. They QC’d all the new parts to be installed and found bad parts from the supplier and sent out for new ones immediately. Recommended them half a dozen times all ready and will continue to give them my business!
