The original estimate to replace a water pump was $1300 which included dealing with the timing chain and changing the oil. When they got the car they added $1000 because the components that needed replacing were already removed, which should have saved time. Approximately one week later the car was not driveable and had to be towed from Newberry to Lexington SC at a cost of $350. When the TechNet approved shop got the car the Serpentine belt had come off. It had to be tightened not to mention the vehicle was leaking oil which should have been noticed by Singletarys. All total the additional charges, including towing was approximately $800. Not to mention that this TechNet shop indicated they would have done the original job for $1500 even with the parts already removed. This is only the fi

I told them what I wanted and what vehicle needed. I discussed that I was a mail carrier and needed services done in a timely fashion. I set up appointment 2 and a half weeks in advance, and called 2 days in advance to make sure they had everything ready and they said yes! Dropped my vehicle off at 730 am. Called at 100 pm and it was just being put in garage. At 230 I was called and was told I needed the same things I stated I needed and it would be Monday before vehicle was done! Also I priced parts at Napa and everything would be just over $300, yet I was charged $505 for the parts! Told them I was dissatisfied and wouldn't be returning. They said "okay". Although I trusted thier and my mutual friends opinion about them, apparently they don't treat all the same.

Chris Miller is awesome! He diagnosed the problems I was having with my vehicle and had them fixed quickly. Would not trust anyone else to touch my vehicles!
