I have been bringing all my vehicles to Sir Thomas for 10+ years . I’m treated with the utmost respect as soon as I walk in the door . After many years of coming to this business , I’ve established a relationship in where I’m treated like family and the owner and his family treat and love my kids as I do ! The owner and all the technicians are very knowledgeable and trustworthy and never try to make me buy or replace anything that doesn’t need fixed ! They walk me through step by step (pictures included) on what’s wrong and what needs to be done so myself and my family stay safe on the road. Everything is explained in specific detail so I know what’s going on each and every-time ! I get nothing but 100% honesty and integrity when I visit this shop. I never will take my vehicles anywhere

My visit to St. Thomas Automotive Repair was due to a brief rattling sound usually when starting the engine when cold. My 2013 Honda CRV with 193,000 miles had the same sound a year and 15,000 miles earlier when the varible timing control (VTC) actuator was determined the cause and was replaced. Since the sound recurred in such a short time after replacing the VTC actuator, the owners at St. Thomas felt something else must be causing, or contributing, to the sound. They encouraged me to let them evaluate further to see what else may be involved. That extra effort identified an engine timing chain tensioner guide problem which allowed the timing chain to contact the enclosure and make a sound. We had our Jeep Patriot in their shop for about 10 days. They got us in promptly and checked it out. I did my fair share of annoying them by calling to check on the status but they were always professional and respectful. They did a great job and I'll take my business to them anytime we have an issue. Great Job
