Siramic Detail Katy - Ceramic Coating & PPF Center

I just bought a 2023 Lexus RX 350, copper color, 3 weeks ago and I wanted to get it protected as soon as possible. After some research, I decided to get PPF full front and ceramic coat. I did a search for detailers near me and looked at their customer reviews and pics of their work. Siramic Detail was close by and had 5 star reviews. I reached out and immediately got a response from Gelyn. She answered all my questions and worked with me on what I was looking to have done and what my initial budget was. I was able to get my motorcycle in very quickly and was somewhat reserved about the quality and detail on a job that was going to be a quick turnaround. Siramic blew those reservations out of the water. My bike looks better than when I picked it up brand new. I highly recommend this team.

Horrible experience. The wrap was not as stated it would turn out after them having the bike 3 weeks. Had the wrap removed next day and received a half refund. Santiago took no ownership in the quality of his work. I wish they would have just told me it was too challenging of a job. Now I have fine razor blade cuts all over the brand new paint. I could go into great length my frustrations with this place on what I was told the wrap would be, how they would make templates to ensure no razor blade cuts, and so forth. Please beware.

Had whole car PPF and all around ceramic window tint installed on my Model X. They did a great job and communication was top notch. Very competitive pricing and shop was very clean and organized.
