Terrible dealership. They will absolutely pull the wool over your eyes. I was interested in a truck for $9000 and was going to put 2500 down. Right before signing the paperwork, I notice they changed the finance amount to 12,000!!! At 24% interest. I did quick math in front of them and in total I would have ended up paying over 30,000 for a 14 year old truck!!! These guys are crooked and will take advantage of you. I ripped up my deposit check in front of them and walked out. Never again.

Corey was super great! I got my jeep threw them and had just a over heating issue it was just a hose but he offered to fix it. I haven't had any issues and he let me pay have down and the other have the next day! Great customer service. I will be back soon!

Purchased vehicle in October in a crunch due to my disabled then not even one year old having a neurosurgery appointment in Morgantown the following Monday and our SUV breaking down. They seemed forthcoming and as if they wanted to help. Within three hours of signing for the vehicle my drivers side window would no longer roll up, this took them a few months to repair, even with the extended warranty we had purchased. There is little to no communication between the South Charleston office and the Sissonville office.
