This is the dirtiest and most unpleasant towing company operating in West Palm Beach. They have no respect for anyone and force you to pay in cash or Zelle. Their prices and rates are whatever they want; they give you one price over the phone and then when you go to pick up the vehicle, they show up with a completely different price. They are truly the worst I've ever seen.

What a joke. Thanks for wasting everyone's time. Being a fair vendor with a parking pass for the correct gate & still got towed. You're pissed because you couldn't win a prize? I know that security guard is getting a cut from this.. I see you...

Would give zero stars if I could still post a review. Absolute thieves! Vehicle was stolen and recovered by PBSO then towed by sisters without owners consent. From the moment we spoke to sisters towing on the phone, we were immediately met with a very unprofessional tone and nasty attitude. Upon arrival we were slapped with insane towing fees when we have both insurance and platinum AAA that covers towing. The icing on the garbage cake was Sisters towing then states that we must pay cash only, their card machines do not work. After being verbally assaulted by the man behind the counter who refused to give his name, he then had the audacity to comment on my children. At that point PBSO arrived. Do not support this disgusting establishment, running an absolute scam of a business. Victimizing
