Extremely helpful and accommodating! Some friends and I were passing by headed to Canaan Valley for a ski trip and needed some snow chains. Sites was the only spot on our route that had the chains we needed, and they even let us pay over the phone and pick the chains up after they closed! They really saved our trip! Thank you!
Service was above and beyond!! My ambulance was stuck in a remote area from a bad battery. I only had wifi and was able to reach Sites Auto through FB messenger. They answered back right away and had someone drive a battery to me. I cant thank you enough for your extended customer service!
If they don't have the part they can get it usually the next day, great people great service.
Awesome folks and store, even helped me carry my parts to the truck when I had my kid with me!
