Terrible, Terrible that's the two words I have, scheduled an appt. They looked at the car "diagnosed the issue" scheduled another appt. Two weeks later, dropped the car off suppose to be a 3 day job, they call on the third day, " We can't work on your car, it's too big of a job, Rick's auto went out, and we are getting swamped, but we have the part we can sell you." Now mind you after finding another vehicle to drive the 3 days, plus the one day it was "diagnosed" this has been a terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully they will figure out customer service means a lot in the area, vs taking new customers and lining their pockets because of another shop going out of business.

My mother referred me to this shop and I couldn't be happier! Brett and James are simply the best and they will do everything in their power to make sure that you leave satisfied and with your vehicle in a safe working order. I am not taking my car anywhere else, these men are the best!!! Update: Nothing has changed, this shop is still worthy of a 5-star review!

Six Star has been our go to since we moved to the area! Great and friendly service and they do a great job at fixing vehicles no matter what the need is.
