I had an amazing experience at the SIXT Atlanta branch thanks to Amanda. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made sure I got the exact vehicle I booked and took the time to share some great food spots around the city, which really helped during my business trip. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I also want to shout out Brendetta and the branch manager—they were just as welcoming and even jumped in with their own food suggestions. The entire team made my first visit to Atlanta feel easy and stress-free. This location has a staff that truly cares, and it shows.

Wow, I'm sold! The customer service at this branch was incredible!!! Brendetta and Darryl were so kind and helpful, they obviously truly care about the customer. I have used Hertz and Enterprise for years and always been less than happy with the service. I think I will be renting from SIXT rental car for now on. During the whole experience, I was treated very kindly and professionally, and was never pressured into extras I did not want. Rent from SIXT!

Amanda made my first rental experience with SIXT in Atlanta truly exceptional. She was incredibly kind, very informative, and clearly well-trained in her position. She went above and beyond—not only making sure I received the exact car I reserved, but even giving great local food recommendations to help me during my business trip. She genuinely cared about how my day was going and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. For my first time in Atlanta, I couldn’t have asked for better service. Amanda was amazing! She was so patient and showed me a few options before I chose the Buick SUV. They didn’t have the BMW I originally reserved. I took away a star bc I wish someone had noticed my reservation was set at the same time they closed, so I had to come back. In the future, I hope they consider staying open a little later than five. I deducted another star because when I returned, there was a sign that I said return was closed and I would need to return it at the airport. I called the branch and whomever answered the phone (it wasn’t Amanda bc I heard her say her name in the background) was very rude and tried to make it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to repeatedly tell her that all of the sixt parking spaced were filled. She reluctantly came out to hel

Look, I rent a lot of cars and if I am taking time to write this much it's either a really good sign or really bad sign. I am happy to say that it is a really good sign. I rented through expedia and when I went to pick up my vehicle they had none, zero, zilch vehicles available in my class. I tried calling customer service. I was treated like a second class citizen because I booked through expedia. One person hung up on me. The other refused to move my reservation unless I paid $400 extra. I was told to call the other branches. Which I did repeatedly for an hour. No one answered. I am so grateful for Brendetta. Hands down the friendliest sales rep I have ever dealt with.
