⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with SIXT Rent a Car at the North Miami location. The pickup and drop-off process was incredibly easy and smooth, which made my trip stress-free from start to finish. The customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful. Everything was well organized and efficient. I would definitely rent from SIXT again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car rental experience.

I really wanted to have a smooth rental experience with SIXT, and I want to start by saying the staff at the rental location were great—friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the problems began once I was directed to handle things through their corporate support via email, and that’s where this experience went downhill. First, the vehicle I was given needed an oil change just two days into my trip. I had to take time out of my schedule to get it serviced—something that should have been taken care of before the car was handed over. No apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience—just a reimbursement after I had to resend the receipt multiple times due to their system not recognizing inline images. Me and my husband are loyal customers to this branch. The staff was in general nice, more or less. Last month when we booked a car we had the pleasure to meet Joshua and he was the best overall, he took care of our needs in the most professional way. He also helped me find my wallet that I lost last year in one of their vehicles. Today we came back to change the vehicle and he helped us again, even upgrade our car!
