SIXT Rent a Car Boca Raton near Mizner Park

Overall, it's great. I was satisfied with my experience, and the car I selected met my expectations. On Sunday morning, being the Sixth One doesn't help anything at all. lanes were closed, only the regular line was open, and one receptionist was working alone. I waited about 30 minutes to check in. One customer came through the door from nowhere, cutting in line, and the receptionist didn't prioritize my wait. He saw that customers were cutting in line, but still helping without saying a word.

I had an outstanding experience at Sixt Car Rental thanks to Mr. Keith. From the moment I arrived, he provided exceptional customer service. He explained everything clearly, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and even offered me water while assisting me. Mr. Keith is the kind of employee every company hopes to have—professional, friendly, hardworking, and truly dedicated to his job. The prices were great, the vehicle was ready, and the entire transaction was quick and seamless. If you want a hassle-free car rental experience, this is absolutely the place to go. We need more people like Mr. Keith in the world. Highly recommended!

My first experience renting a car with Sixt was excellent. Peter was outstanding—he guided me through the entire rental process, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The Sixt Boca Raton Office is the best, and he did an amazing job. I truly appreciated the great customer service and would definitely rent here again.

My experience with this company is horrible. I never rent from this company again. They changed my car when I went to pickup my car than jacked up the price. Than they lied about not taking my credit card .lied again. Got my rental . The rental car had a nail in the car . The Boca location knew this car had a nail in the tire. But rented to me anyway. They wanted to give all the rich white peoples nice cars 🙄. So I exchanged the rental at the wpb airport. . So the hole experience was terrible. Never again

First, the positive. They had a car for when I showed up with my reservation. That’s better than Enterprise in Boca, who stiffed even though I reserved in advanve. The Car Sixt gave for a month long rental was fine- it was clean with low mileage. The counter rep was friendly and kind. I drove off happy. But then my wife said she might want to drive it too so I went back the next day to add an additional driver. Again, the rep at the counter was friendly and efficient. But he was a little too efficient because he failed to tell me that an additional driver would cost me a considerable sum, $254.99 over the 28 day rental. It was buried in the fine print of the rental contract as “a small additional fee” or some similar kind of vague language. I don’t consider $250 a small fee, do you? Read f
