Customer service has been ok so far. I was a bit hesitant to rent a car because I saw the reviews where people complained of getting charged for preexisting damage. When I picked up the car from the airport in Kenner, LA the attendant advised that I take pictures of any damages. When I returned the car today in Dallas, I informed the attendant of all the damages found when I picked the car up and she suggested that I write a review and post the pictures. So here goes. There was quite a bit of damage (scratches/scraping) to the rims of all the tires. The panel on the floor to the left of the driver’s side was missing. I also took pictures of various existing scratches/ dents to the body. The back of the front passenger seat has a tear and some of the padding is showing. They should really

Do yourself the favor and trust the reviews. The service at this location is not up to SIXT's standard, and unfortunately, I learned the hard way that the many negative reviews are there for a reason. I've had such exceptional experiences with SIXT in other cities when I travel that after more than a decade of being Enterprise-exclusive for all of my rental car needs, I started shopping SIXT first. I booked a 2 week rental for a Standard Elite large SUV weeks in advance with this location. Storage capacity was critical since I'm renting it for an art-buying roadtrip. When I arrived they didn't have one of the Standard Elite SUVs (GMC Acadia, Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, etc), so they offered me a smaller SUV with a similar number of seats and tried to convince me it's the same class o

Worst experience renting a car. We waited over 40 minutes, and even though we booked an SUV in advance and were charged for it, we were told no SUVs were available. The staff simply said we were free to wait if we wanted, with no effort to help. What made it worse was that customers next to us and even those arriving after us were given SUVs while we were denied one. The staff were rude and dismissive, saying they didn’t have vehicles and didn’t care. Because of this, we wasted three days going back and forth to check availability since our work required a vehicle. Every time we called, we were told to come in, but when we arrived, they said no cars were available. Very unprofessional service and poor customer handling. I would not recommend this location.

Exceptional services, to go in and have smiling faces great you. Manager who was prompt and made sure that i was happy with services and didn't feel pressure to do an upgrade. Went over and beyond to check to see if i was happy with my options for rental. I ended up upgrading and upgraded to a car with less than 500 miles on it. Clean and still had the brand new car smell. Thank you Manager DJ and team for the services today.

Save yourself the trouble and the headache. I rented a car from Sixt and their app glitched when I tried to extend the rental. I was given multiple ticket numbers, promised follow-up that never happened, and instead received a threatening letter demanding the vehicle and throwing around legal threats. On top of that, I was quoted multiple conflicting balances by different Sixt employees, and despite repeated requests, no one could produce a basic itemized bill. That’s either gross incompetence or deliberate deception. Then they charged $820.00 to my card with no explanation or authorization. Completely unacceptable.
