SIXT rent a car Fort Myers airport

First time I was going to rent from this company I ended up cancelling because they didn't offer unlimited mileage. On my next trip to Florida I decided to look at their rentals again because their prices for luxury car's were so great and this time they were offering unlimited mileage. I ended up renting a beautiful BMW 5 series that was spotless both inside and outside. At the counter the young man waiting on me had me out in about five minutes. The nice gentleman in the booth had me in the car and on my way in less than five minutes. At home I drive a truck so driving a beautiful smooth riding car is wonderful. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a luxury vehicle for a good price and good service. I'll definitely rent from this company again as long as they have unlimit

After picking up car at airport, started for my destination & didn’t get far before having a tire blowout ? Called roadside assistance & was told it would take 45 minutes before a crew could arrive to fix tire? I said well there is a spare & jack I was willing (at 74) to change the tire but what should I do with the car as not wanting to drive on the “donut!” Was told to return the car and they would exchange the car, so I did whole thing set me back a couple hours & tire was a workout!! I was anxious to get going and didn’t notice the scrape on front fascia, nor could I figure out the cruise, might not work? Might suggest someone going over the cars with customer before taking it out? All in all an OK day, I’m visiting a Cousin in Lake Placid & Patricia cooked me a yummy dinner with good

First time using Sixt at this airport and it was a success. Vic who works at the return section was so great. He helped me find my way to the main building to get my reservation in order and guided me through my return at the booth. He smiled through every step and his patience😍....wow just wow. He needs a raise, a higher position or something because he really makes this company look good. Thank you Vic

It was very easy to get my car and an upgrade because the vehicle i rented wasn’t available. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were two women and one man. I can’t remember all the names. The young lady in the garage where I picked up my car was very nice also. The company even called me part way through to make sure everything was going smoothly and if I needed anything. I have to admit I was a little skeptical because I wasn’t familiar with the brand name. Pleasantly surprised and I will be renting from them again!

Terrible experience. We rented a x5 and it felt rattling on the highway we were almost home from the airport. My husband had to go back the next day to the airport replace the car they gave him another car. He brought it home. The tire pressure started dropping in one tire, and we also noticed a cigarette smell in the car. They said we could go back to the airport for another car, which is taking time away from our vacation. Absolutely terrible the vehicles are not upkept. The car smelled the CUSTOMER SERVICE didn’t seem to be doing anything. The tires were worn out.
