I rented with SIXT for the first time a month ago and I had a horrible experience, which is still not over! 1) I was provided a dirty car and told that if I wanted a clean car, I would need to pay for an upgraded fare class, 2) a few weeks after my rental, they tried to charge me for vehicle damages; however, those claims were quickly dropped after I provided the images and videos I took of the car at the time of pick up (photo attached for reference), and 3) now i’m trying to dispute over $250 worth of toll charges for tolls I did not take during my rental… I stayed in New Jersey the entire time and toll receipt claims I went through the Lincoln Tunnel and over the Goethals Bridge several times. I’m still fighting that fight at the moment. Needless to say, this company is in the business

I wanted to do some shopping with my wife so I had pre booked a sedan for last Sunday, last week. When I went there in the morning, there were only 2 options - a Jeep Rubicon or a large SUV, so I ended up taking the jeep for the same price as I booked. Having never driven a jeep before, it was a great experience although I had to get used to driving it for abt an hour or so. However, it wasn’t that intimidating. The customer service was great as well. I was given a packing ticket to take the car out of the garage, however it didn't work so I had to buy a new ticket. However I was able to refund it with the customer service salesperson sitting in the mall. Overall, I’d recommend this service!

I had an excellent experience! The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. A special shoutout to Peter, he was incredibly helpful, friendly and made sure I got a great car that perfectly suited my needs. His customer service truly stood out. I’ll definitely be renting from here again

Very easy to find the kiosk inside the mall and access the garage. Chris was a huge help setting us up, big thank you to him! If you’re reading reviews because you’re new to renting cars, make sure you fill the gas tank before you return it. It will be less expensive.
