SIXT Rent a Car Kissimmee

Thank god we took pictures of the car before starting driving because when we returned it they said we did new damages to the car and that the security deposit was not going to be returned. I don’t know if it’s a scam trying to keep people’s money or their staff’s incompetence. And when we picked up the car there were dozens of rules that were said at that same moment and never during the booking process. Not hiring from this company again

After returning the car I got email with 4 new damages made to the car. All were not new ( I have photos of the moment of recieving the car to prove it). Additionally I was charged 37 dollars for fuel despite being assured that 3/8 fuel tank is ok. Lady marked it as 2/8 and charge me 37 dollars for 1/8 of fuel tank - that was another scam. I do not recommend this company.

Awesome experience with Sixt! This was my first time renting with Sixt and I’ll definitely be back. The reservation made through their call centre was clear and precise. The agent reviewed the 3 insurance options, rather than paying individual prices for every facet of insurance like other car rental companies. I booked a compact car and upon arrival was offered a Mini Copper convertible, which was perfect for me as a solo traveller in Florida. The car was in brand new condition, with only 22,000 miles on it. I appreciated being offered to purchase the toll transponder which covered all tolls and gave me access to the fast pass lanes. Check in and check out were seamless and every person I dealt with was friendly and well informed. Overall, a phenomenal experience. Highly recommend. Thanks

Car was great but opted out of extra insurance since my credit card covers rentals insurance. when returning the car 2 days later, they claimed there was a dent try to charge me $1k more for the small dent that was never visible.
