SIXT Rent a Car Lake Buena Vista Hyatt Regency

BEWARE !!! It’s Christmas Day and I rent a regular Nissan. But the representative said oh you can upgrade for a discount $25 more and they give me a BMW coupe. I said what the hell, this would be a gift to myself. I get the car and it’s smells terribly of smoke and had a little gray sand dirt on the carpet. but again it was Christmas and I only had it for one evening so I just went about my business. When I brought it back and asked me how the car was, I explained to them that the smoke is terrible that even my passengers complained about it. I explained, I don’t smoke but I want to make them aware, didn’t even complain. later on that day, a manager called me and asked me about how the car was. Accusing me of damaging a vehicle that was not damaged when I checked it in and was signed off on check-in by their employee… Feeling very scamming to me… I was reluctant to rent from this company. I felt it in my gut but I had no choice in the situation I was in… Beware. Update they just sent me a claim for $1932 for a dent that I did not put in the car… Never again this place is horrible… Unbelievable I can’t believe they’re allowed to continue to do business
