Quick and fast service! Got an upgrade without asking for it. The rep was super nice. This BMW X7 drives itself! Seriously considering renting one just to drive around in!

These are the good guys. Fourth time renting from this establishment and have always had a seamless, positive experience. The most recent rental was booked for a weekend in advance. 1 week before we made a change for the current weekend on the app with no difficulty, just a $1 additional charge. Upon collection, all staff were welcoming and accommodating allowing a complimentary vehicle upgrade as the chosen vehicle was unavailable. Thanks

Ok experience with these. I ordered a compact car, was given a much bigger car with a much bigger engine. Tried to convince me by telling me it was a ‘hybrid engine’ and that it was good on fuel, it was not hybrid and was not good on fuel. After the return, they tried accusing me of damage by saying the ‘engine won’t start’ and on their pictures on the report, the engine was running at 0.8RPM, indicating the engine is running, good try. From this review you’re probably surprised I gave them a 3.

I’m a fairly new ongoing customer and I like the selection of vehicles they have in their fleet. Customer service is ok, not the best, I’ve had worse. One issue I wish Sixt would fix is when you rent a car with a voucher or discount code they jack up the base price and you’re left with a discount of a dollar or two. Don’t offer discounts or vouchers if you’re going to inflate your prices rendering the discount pointless. <edit - adding response to sixt’s response to my review: Huh? Your automated cookie cutter response makes no sense. It doesn’t address anything I wrote about.>
