Check-in took about 10 minutes, and the return process was even quicker — less than 2 minutes. The price was very reasonable for the area ($398 total for 10 days) and the vehicle was well-equipped and extremely clean (Chevy Equinox). Everything was smooth and hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when traveling.
