SIXT Rent A Car New Orleans Intl Airport

Ricardo Stevenson provided excellent customer service during my rental experience at Sixt. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. Ricardo took the time to answer my questions and ensured I understood everything about my rental. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate the great service and would gladly rent from Sixt again because of the experience he provided.

My rental from New Orleans had several dings and scratches all over it. I took photos of them all for my records prior to leaving the facility. Upon my return I showed all the photos I had (my sister had others) and the Sixt Claims department sent me a bill for $600 because I was missing 1 photo of a damaged taillight. Why? When I got the Claim I asked my sister to double check her photos and she indeed had the 1 I was missing. I've sent that photo in response to my Claim. No response. I've tried calling the Claims number. The lined goes no where. I've emailed the Claims email...nothing. I've rented cars all my career, both professionally and personally, mostly using Hertz or Avis - with no issues, ever. I'll never use Sixt again and would really appreciate someone reaching out to
