A really positive experience all around, especially that I am not experienced when it comes to renting cars. However, I do think that this will always be my first choice. When it came to picking up the car, Moe was very helpful and was very kind. When dropping off the car, Ron (Guy with the glasses) really helped to ensure a smooth process, especially given the weather, the delays and the essence of time. Personally a great thank you for me. We arrived at night and rented a luxury car. It wasn’t until the next morning we really could see the inside of the car. It appears the car was washed with a dirty cloth, as there were water marks all over the car. Gross! I was mortified! This is how people get sick. You don’t know who rented the car prior, how clean they are. You don’t know if they sneezed on the steering wheel. Not mention the front dash is touchscreen! I had to sanitize the front of the vehicle. There was also chocolate in the lock button on the fob. I paid top dollar for that so the minimum is to have a clean car. If you rent from here make sure to really look inside before leaving for your trip. After reaching out I added 2 stars during the fact that they worked with me on some refund . So it made it better. I would like to explain why I am giving a 5-star rating to Sixt. During my rental, I encountered an issue with my driver’s license that could have completely disrupted my vacation. Fortunately, Fiona handled the situation with remarkable professionalism. She took the time to carefully review the problem, managed it calmly and efficiently, and found a solution that allowed me to proceed with my rental. Thanks to her dedication, patience, and excellent customer service, I was able to continue my trip and fully enjoy my vacation. A big thank you to Fiona for her outstanding help and for representing Sixt with such professionalism.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. If zero stars were possible, that is what this review would be. The rental itself went smoothly, and the vehicle was returned on time and inspected by an employee who confirmed everything was fine at check-in. There were no issues raised at the time of return. 7 Weeks later long after I had returned the car I received a damage claim alleging that there was damage to the vehicle along with administrative fees, and additional charges in the amount of over $1500. The funny part is that the inspection that was performed 7 week after I had returned the vehicle and 800 miles away from my return location. This has to be the biggest scam ever, think about how many customers they do this to. Sure they offer low rental fees but now I see why, as a customer, th

⚠️ RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HRS. ARE NOT GUARANTEED None of the sections in FAQ have mentioned about this. I’ve generally had excellent experiences renting with Sixt - from the quality of the vehicles to the outstanding staff, especially at the Jersey City branch. I rent from that location most often, and the team there consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, my most recent experience at Newark Airport fell short. My reservation was not honored due to a policy stating that “reservations made within 24 hours are not guaranteed”. This condition was not clearly highlighted during the booking process, and I was unaware of it at the time of reservation. Despite holding Platinum status, no complimentary upgrade was offered.
