I’ve been renting cars from Sixt on a monthly basis for over a year across various branches in California, and the Newport location is by far the best. From the moment I walked in, I received truly kind, professional, and helpful service. The 5 stars is for the branch. The customer service here is great. They have been kind to me from the moment that I came to this location and love it. The only issue that I have with 6 car rental service is the actual corporate office when it comes to concerns of being overpriced, unnecessary charges and wrong pricing and glitches. In their system, they do not take full accountability. They go around it. And after multiple emails, when I was trying to get a refund, they never emailed me back.
