Rented a vehicle and returned it with no incidents. After return, Sixt sent a damage claim based on reflective photos of minor surface marks that were not noted at pickup or drop-off. No clear before/after comparison or proof the marks occurred during my rental. This experience felt like an attempt to charge for normal wear and tear. We had a great experience. Everyone was super nice, welcoming, and very professional from the moment I arrived. The pickup process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. Everything was clearly explained, and the car was ready on time and in excellent condition. We also received an upgrade, which was a surprise and made our trip even more enjoyable.
